Causes of constipation vary, but there are four causes for hard stools that you need to know about.  Some of the foods you eat can give you an issue with hard stools, and some of the foods you eat can also cause problems with gas too.  Some of the sources for hard stools and/or gas are:

Milk

White Bread

Eggs
